Its predecessor was Dandong Chemical Engineering Institute, founded in 1966. The company covers an area of 36,000 m2, with fixed assets of 37 million yuan and more than 100 employees, of them more than 30% are scientific researchers and technicians. Liaoning BoronContaining New Materials Engineering Laboratory and Liaoning Boron Fine Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center were founded in DCEl. The company mainly produces highperformance Hexagonal Boron Nitride， Amorphous Boron powders, Titanium Diboride, Zirconium Diboride and Calcium Hexaboride by international advanced technologies. In decades, DCEl has gained ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 quality management system certifications ISO 14001 environmental management system certification and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certification and holding more than 20 national patents.
